Good talking to you today. The name of the web site for Calbar Metal Roof Paint is www.calbarinc.com . I have attached a few pictures that are not like your roof but they may help you get the idea.
The repair product for the seams is Calbar Roof Seal,(see the photo "embedded fabric") also known as CRS. This will be used to embed the Calfab (polyester fabric) to span the open seam. I estimate that the raw material cost for making these roofs watertight for at least 10 years is around $***.**per roof. If this is something you think you can use, Give us a call.
